    1. What will be effect on pricing after starting the main gate of DHA Gujranwala, and launching of 10 Marla and 1 Kenal plot on installment. if DHA launch 10 Marla plot on 4,400,000, whether the cash payment plot rise from 29.50 to 35.00 Lac

        1. Atif Iqbal sb, In terms & conditions, DHA Gujranwala has informed that Development Charges will be charged separately. Can you confirm development charges of 10 Marla. I think all such hidden charges must be disclosed so that investor can plan accordingly.

        2. Dear Ch Faisal Bhai,

          Your suggestion is valid, at least there must a tentative range given for Development Charges. But usually Developers do not commit any development charges or a range at the time of booking due to unforeseen reasons, which may cause delay in development and increase in cost of development due to that delay. We have example of DHA City which was booked in 2007 on cost of land and project got stuck. Now if DHA develop the project today then development charges will be charge as per today cost.

      How DHA Treats both files [ (i) Affidavit/Allocation File (ii) Installment File ] in terms of allotment on the map or at the end of installments both are considered the same way or will be some difference. What is DHA’s history considering previous projects in Lahore / Rawalpindi for such files?

      As considering current payment plan for 10 Marla / 1 Kanal, there is huge gap between available cash files and offered installment files although one is on cash and the other one is on installment. This gap will further increase once balloting carried out for the offered installment files and they will be available on own.

      1. Dear Tariq Bhai,

        DHA treat all files equally. Number allotted through a ballot process. Booking files price is set by DHA and cash files price is set by market demand and supply rule. The own amount of installment file is set by market demand and supply rule. We have three types of files in market. Files against land, installment plan and service benefit plots. At the end no difference between all these three types.
