      what is difference between 10 Marla residential plot File and 10 marla file affidavit ? can anybody explain in detail. and when DHA will open transfer for 10 marla expected date ?

      1. Dear Muhammad Usman Bhai,

        Affidavit files are against land files. Where as booking files are booked by DHA in public quota. Service benefits files are which allotted to army personal against there service.

        These are currently 3 types of investory in DHA:

        Affidavit
        Installment
        Service Benefit

    1. Dear Atif Bhai, What will be the expected Own on 4 Marla commercial before down payment, and will it increase or decrease after making down payment, please guide and explain.

      1. Dear Ali Hussain Bhai,

        We do not deal before down payment and transfer open by DHA. Initially people ask high own due no upfront amount, like before down payment only 15,000 is deposited. Once upfront amount increase the own amount start declining.

          Thanks for your valuable comment, I just want to ask from you that will it worth to keep it for 3 years or sell it now for 4 Marla commercial. Please also explain the future for 4M commercial after 3 years, will there be any development charges after completion of installment?

          It’s better to sell at initial stage if you cannot hold it till possession. Yes there will be development charges after installment plan. Expected development charges are 25 lacs approx

        We do not deal before down payment is paid and DHA Officially open transfer. Pleas contact us once you have made down payment and transfer is open by DHA.

          It will have positive impact, however mean while people may get attraction of installmnet plan due to small down payment initially as compare to cash file but in longer run cash file will have more benefit.

          At the moment we dont have any official date for plot number balloting for DHA Gujranwala. We are expecting it in year 2020.

      I asked about land allocation when it is expected for cash 10 Marla and 1 Kanal files as plot numbers already issued to these files if i am not mistaken.

      Daily rates of under developed project, never represent project’s true worth. Real worth of project is always after development and possession. It will definitely give handsome return if you hold it till possession.
