      At the moment there are several projects with expire NOC and near locations. Transfer is open and can be purchased in 20 lacs budget but their NOC is expired at the moment:

      Mascat Center
      200 Yards @ 22 to 28 lacs

      Golden Palm:
      100 Yards @ 14 to 18 lacs

      These are commercial plots.

    I am allotee of Merani housing scheme Turbat What’s your opinion about investment in this housing society as it comes under the umbrella of Commissioner Makran division.

      Assalam 0 alaikum.
      Regarding development charges, will it be paid in lump sum or in installments ? Also since its merging with new Jinnah Avenue2 so is that mean it will be included in GDA master plan2 which is coming in next few months ? Is this area still deserted or some development work has been carried out like boundary walls/plot demarkation etc ?
      Please share your valuable insight on this which would be highly appreciated.

        Development charges will be payable in installment plan, I dont think so that it is touch any where on Jinnah Avenue 2 as per current plan available in the market, although as per GDA Official Current master plan Jinnah Avenue 2 do not exist. But the master plan used for the briefing to Parliamentary Committee by GDA and GPA in November 2015 shows that Jinnah Avenue 2. You may also study the both presentations here:

One last question since you have covered this society and obviously would have considered it genuine before publishing anything from your platform so whats stopping you from its dealing. Since you mentioned its one of the government scheme so you are on a safe side and be covered by government in dealing this scheme ?

          Only reason is that is not transferable yet by the society. People are making deals with mutual understanding, but it may be bit risky as time passes and prices in market fluctuate. We at eProperty do not want to facilitate people for the situation which they may face later due to market fluctuation for our small commission. We will prefer to work once transfer is open.

          Thanks. I could not find this scheme in GDA website. All government and private schemes are already mentioned with live NOC status but no mention of Maanbar housing scheme in GDA official website ? Where can we see that its government scheme with commercial and residential plots ?
          Only scheme mentioned in GDA website is Gwadar sea view from ANAMTA Builders & Developers under NOC-63/07/HS/GDA(B) which is Cat-B location ofcourse. Can you guide us to the correct section in official online record.

          But where do you find the name of Sangar. New Town, BECHS, GDAECHS ect in NOC list. I never found ant Govt. Scheme in NOC list of GDA. Can you please share any link where you found name for Govt. Schemes with valid NOC?

          Thank. Yes you are right as all schemes i was checking in GDA website are private whereas sanghar and newtown does not exist in GDA because these are government so thanks for flushing my confusion.

    Meray Baray Bhai Mr A.A Bokari nay Maanbar Housing Project Scheme may aik plot lia hay 4,50,000 ka or 5000 commission b dia he lekin documents may sirf aid Bay Nama, 3 Payments slips, aik DC ka letter or jis ka naam se allot hua he plot uski CNIC copy mili he. kia ye meray bhai k liay kafi hain or jis agent nay dilwaya he wo kehta he k sirf 2 saal rakho ye 50 lac ka hojaiga or abi 27 january 2017 ko CHINA exibition laga raha he phir dekhna apko ye file itnay may be nahi mile ge baray mehrbani REHNUMAI farmayn.

      In market people are doing trade of non transfer able plots, eProperty do not deal any such project which is not transfer able. Once it will be transferable we will strat working on it. As your bother has already purchased so it is better to hold it now. But I will recommend not to sell it before transfer open to avoid any further complication. It is better to wait till transfer open. I will request to all avoid all such schemes which are not transfer able for future.

          Please contact DC Gwadar for further assistance. We do not have any such info about Maanbar Scheme. Only DHA Office Gwadar can confirm it. Maanbar Scheme is project by DC Gwadar for locals.

    Salam, how it is to invest in the maanbar society commercial plots. What are the risks if we are investing before transfer is open. How much expected the rate of 200 yards commercial plot in maanbar society. Further kindly let me know, how do you expect the rise in value of this society.

    When it is expected for file transfer, because 5 lac own is in the market for 240 sq yard plot… if wait for file transfer then the rate can goes high… what you suggest for buy the file

    Application forms shall be issued on given preferences:
    1- First preference for residents of Pishukan
    2- Second preference for residents of Gunz
    3- Third preference for residents of jiwani
    4- Fourth preference for residents of District Gwadar
