Sir I paid all fees of transfer and development charges too I received the receipt of transfer from manbar housing scheme but the original file is not yet received because of GDA director signs are pending and it’s been 4 months now do u think the receipt is enough evidence for me? And how many days they take to provide the original file?

We are not updated with Maanbar Scheme Transfer Procedures but as this scehme is under DC Gwadar, so usually some time transfers take time due to deplay in signature by DC. You need to onctact DC Office for further assistance.

New town and Maanbar both are long term projects which is short term project in same rates

As compared to New Town Extension and Maanbar, GDA 5, New World City and Naval Anchorage Gwadar are more close towards Gwadar.
Now after opening transfer what are new rates of Maanbar society

Maanbar rates will be updated soon, usually after a news market do not show the real picture, stakeholders create a hype in the market. It may take a month to be realistic prices.

New Town will be still better choice, but both are Govt. projects so there are many issues of duplicate files, qabza type issues, low standard development etc. Other choices are Naval Anchorage Gwadar for residential and FTBA for commercial investment.
