As per discussion with Domestics Sales Specialist at Eiwan Mr. Muhammad Mustafa told eProperty that PMT is being installed at Oshun Site. Development work for Main Gate will be started in start of September 2018 and boundary wall for project will be started in mid of September 2018.

Sangar is also developed by same developers of oshun… buying 200sq.. hope gwadar would be a proper place to live in next 10 years.

Dear Abid Bhai,
I am not sure that if CG is developer of Sangar but it handling transfer process of Sangar. However development charges are also collected by CG. But development contracts are awarded by DC Gwadar. However I am not sure about the status of CG other then the transfer services.

Yes it has NOC from Gwadar District Counsel, it is situated in tehsil Jewani. It is not located in tehsil Gwadar as per today master plan.

Master is for Tehsil Gwadar, District Gwadar is very big. But it may possible that in new master plan area for Gwadar Tehsil can increase, currently Gwadar Tehsil start from Karwat up to Passu next to Pishukan.

Dear Adnan Bhai,
It is a long term project, it may take next 10 years or more for the Govt. to lay out infrastructure there. Eiwan Developer has no previous developments in their track record. Consultant Group is working as consultant not as developer. However the repute of Consultant Group is positive in the market. But as far as prices are concern it is too much expensive prices as per current situation and open land rates there. I will suggest if you want to book this plot then better wait you will get these options in minus later on.

Its depends on budget. Most popular and trade able are Sangar and New Town.
