How to pay LDA City Development Charges

Follow the instruction to pay LDA City Development Charges

1. Enter Exact File No. given on Exemption Letter.
2. Download the challan and get prints of 4 copies.
3. The challan is payable at all nationwide branches of Allied Bank Ltd.
4. Challan can be paid through Cash / Pay order / Bank Draft. (Online Deposit is Not Acceptable).
5. 17.5% surcharges will be levied in case of late deposit.
6. If any correction is required, please visit LDA City office (467 D-II M.A Johar Town Lahore) along with documents, during office hours.
7. Transfer of plot will not be allowed in LDA without deposit of all outstanding dues.
