Islamabad: Capital Development Authority (CDA) has decided to initiate a campaign to confiscate land, encroached by the allottees of plots and houses in different areas of the capital. A survey carried out by CDA reveals that its land outside the plots and houses has been encroached upon by a number of allottees of the plots, and fences and barbed wires have been erected on the ground. The civic body, through a public notice, directed all the allottees of such plots and houses to remove the fences and barbed wires erected upon its land outside the allotted area, otherwise, they should get ready to face the music.
