ISLAMABAD: National Traders Alliance (NTA) on Friday said thousands of residences in the federal capital are hosting illegal commercial activities that are creating multifarious problems for the trading community. President Blue Area Traders Association, VP, NTA and former SVP of Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI) Malik Sohail Hussain said the non-conforming use of residential houses was going unchecked despite repeated hue and cry on many forums. The Capital Development Authority (CDA) had confined itself to statements and useless notices that were seen as connivance by majority. staff report
