The general body meeting and elections of the Resident Association Defense Housing Authority (RADHA) were held in DHA on Sunday.

Outgoing president Rohail Akram addressed the meeting, describing the performance of the association in the past years. He explained how the RADHA acted as a liaison between the DHA administration and the residents of the society.

He mentioned the formulation of the sewerage system for rainwater in collaboration with the DHA and renovation of roads and facilities initiated by the association.

Rohail Akram told the general body members how he and his fellow office-bearers increased the members of the association from 1000 to 6000 over his tenure of six years. He said the elimination of the membership fee was an important step taken by the association under his presidency.
