Lahore: The director general of the Lahore Development Authority has suspended four officials on the charges of corruption and misconduct on Tuesday. The suspend officials are: Director Qazi Masood and deputy directors Shakeel Anjum and Muhammad Faheem and Building Inspector Shahid Nazir. The Anti-Corruption Department has arrested Deputy Director Shakeel Anjum and Building Inspector Shahid Nazir after registering a case against them and started interrogating them. A team of the department is conducting raids for the arrest of Deputy Director Faheem. The complainant of the case Khalid Jafri has appealed to Punjab Chief Minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif for the arrest of the accused officials and for issuing him compensation for his losses.
