      There is increase of 15 lakh from last month in prices of phase 6 plots.

      Please advise the reason for this increase as it is assumed that market is stagnant and no buying and selling.

        You are absolutely right as you know phase 6 fully developed and construction activity has been almost done,reason of price increase in phase 6 there is genuine buyer who want to construct his own house and live there that is why price increase in phase 6.

        Property market stagnant and no buying selling all over the pakistan now this time but this downfall will never for permanent time,in market 90% are investor and 10% genuine buyer who want to buy plot for his needs to live there.
