      You can find 10 Marla plot between 70 to 75 lacs in DHA Phase 7 for earliest possible construction. If you can increase your budget up to 100 lacs then you may find a 10 Marla plot in Air Avenue DHA Phase 8.

        In fact after transfer in DHA office it is secure and litigation / mortgage free till the time of transfer. We assume if very next day there is any issue then DHA do not take any responsibility. Because it was clear at the time of transfer. DHA Phase 5 M Extension is soon. DHA is doing boundary wall along with Lahore Ring Road side near Pedestrian bridge near LeeL Village. There is no tentative date for DHA Phase 5 M Extension files for 10 Marla, however with the passage of time it will grown.

      1. Sir almost 7 days back it went up to 3 crore, any idea when balloting will happen ?

        My client can hold this file without any issue, should he keep it with him and wait for right time ?

        or he should sell ?
