The kitchen of Holy Family Hospital (HFH) Rawalpindi starts operating after 25 years, as the Bahria Town management inaugurated a ‘Bahria Dastarkhwan’ in the hospital here on Thursday.
Mrs. Malik Riaz Hussain, inaugurated the ‘dastarkhwan’. Vice Chief Executive, Bahria Town Commodore Ilyas and Advisor to Real Estate, Bahria Town Shahid Mehmood Qureshi along with the other dignitaries of twin cities were also present on the occasion.
This ‘dastarkhwan’ will provide three-time fresh and hygienic food to all the deserving patients free on daily basis, at their beds according to the doctors’ recommendations.
Initially only the deserving patients would benefit from this ‘dastarkhwan’, but their attendees would also be provided food from the ‘dastarkhwan’ soon.
Bahria Town often initiates social welfare projects to facilitate the general public. More then 35,000 people throughout the country are being served at six ‘Bahria Dastarkhwans’ in different parts of the country including Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore and Larkana.
