ISLAMABAD: CDA Member Planning Tahir Shamshad claimed while talking to this scribe that illegal construction was done prior to his arrival in the civic agency but now he had instructed the relevant departments to insure that no one erects any structure in the sector. He said if some had refused the money at the time of land acquisition it was their fault as according to law CDA can acquire any land for the benefit of the citizens. He claimed he would evacuate the land causing minimum disturbance in sector G 12 and for that he was finding the way out. However, he conceded it was not possible in near future.
