Islamabad—Capital Development Authority (CDA) has declared Park enclave as the only approved housing scheme in Zone IV, warning the citizens to invest in any other housing society at their own risk. The misconceptions are prevailing among citizens as after only a few days of the launch of Park enclave, Bahria enclave, located opposite to it, was announced with a huge difference in cost of plots.

CDA Spokesman, Ramzan Sajid told APP on Wednesday that the civic body is raising awareness among the citizens about the only approved housing scheme under Zoning Regulations 2010, through print media from the last many days.

He said that there is no housing scheme within four kilometer radius of Park enclave and it is a dream housing scheme ‘Jewel of Islamabad’ launched after 20 years offering plots on lower rates and easy terms.

CDA Spokesman said although the Authority has recently allowed housing in Zone IV, which spread over 70,000 acres to provide planned housing and commercial facilities in the zone, but a not a single NOC has been issued for any housing project.
