About DHA Peshawar

DHA Peshawar was conceived in the year 2007 and first project by DHA in Peshawar.   1. Dear Atif bhai, i have a one kanal installment file in DHA Peshawar. i purchased it in Jan 2017, however I am unable to pay the installments since then, 4 installments are due. Is DHA charging surcharge on due installments. How to know about the total dues payable to date? If I decide to pay all the installments in lumpsum, will I get a discount. I’ll appreciate your reply to my queries. Thanks and best regards.

      For fine details you need to contact DHA Peshawar directly. As per my infomraiton DHA did not imposed fine for the few initial months. I am not sure about today. You are requested to contact DHA Peshawar directly for further assistance.

    When dust settles then please comment on growth prospects for Sector A, B and C.

    Also please comment on value (and growth prospects) of following plot categories in Sector A, B and C:

    * An average plot
    * Corner plot
    * Main boulevard plot
    * Plot lying on sector road (80-feet). I think in sector maps, sector roads are depicted as green lines.
    * Plots in central area of sector.
    * Etc. Etc.

      Currently Development work awarded for Sector A and B only. As per DHA Facebook page once development work will be started for other sectors, they will issue detail map for these sectors. In my opinion it may take time.

        Today ballot is done. Now we need to see the market demand and supply. It’s all depends on sellers initially what they demand in the first few week then how long they can hold. If there will be buying demand in market, definite price will good, other wise we will see normal own price. Market situation is also still not clear as far as political instability is concern. We should wait and see.

          We are only dealing with DHA Peshawar. DHA Peshawar is not developed yet it is under development phase, so no houses are available there.

  7. DHA Peshawar sign MoU with FWO and NLC for Development of Sector A and B

    The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony between FWO and DHA Peshawar was held at Headquarter 11 corps on 11 December 2017. The MoU was signed by FWO Brig Ashfaq Maitla and Administrator DHA Peshawar Brig M. Riaz Ahmad. The other participants of the ceremony were, Corps Commander 11 Corp Lt Gen Nazir Ahmed Butt, DG FWO Lt Gen Muhammad Afzal and DG NLC Maj General Mushtaq Ahmed Faisal.

    The scope of the work includes road work, water supply, sewerage drain, footpaths and overhead water tank of Sector-A DHA Peshawar. The Development work on the project is likely to start by 25 Dec 2017 and will be completed in 2 years.

    Salient Features of DHAP

    • Every Sector is of about 1 Km square size with Neighbourhood facilities in Centre which are within walking distance.
