Just like DC Rate is vary as per area same like that fair market table will be hope fully. It is not possible for a single rate for whole city.

It is good news that now property will not be evaluated by State Bank of Pakistan Valuers,but on the other hand news says that Fair Market price will be decided for all cities which will be many times more then DC rates. We are again not clear about it that how much it will be increase then the DC rates. It is really hard to predict any future direction until we have clear information about this Fair Market Value. Hope for the best.
