In terms of sub-section (4) of section 68 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, State Bank of Pakistan is pleased to notify panel of approved valuers for determination of fair market value of immovable properties as per Annexure ‘A’.

The panel will continue to remain effective till the time “Valuers’ Registration and Governance Regulations 2016” notified by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan vide S.R.O 348(1)/ 2016 dated 20th April, 2016 are enforced and appropriate amendment in law is made.

Meanwhile, fresh applications for placement of valuers’ name on the approved panel can be submitted to the Director Banking Policy & Regulations Department, State Bank of Pakistan, I.I Chundrigar Road, Karachi as per format attached herewith.
