KARACHI: A division bench of the Sindh High Court, comprising Justice Maqbool Baqir and Justice Abdul Rehman Farooq Pirzada, issued notices to the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) administrator, Clifton Cantonment Board (CCB) CEO and others for April 3, in a contempt application filed by the residents of Khayaban-e-Hafiz.
Residents of Khayaban-e-Bukhari, including Bukhari Commercial Area, Khayaban-e-Ittehad, Khayaban-e-Ghazi, Hotel Carlton, Creek Culb and adjoining areas suffered 14 hours of power outages in two different spells within 24 hours.
