The Chief Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar launched the LDA Insaf Web Portal and Mobile Portal on Wednesday 20-05-2020. Primary purpose of Insaf Postal is immediate communication of citizens with officers and unhindered registration of complaints. Hope fully this online portal will make LDA procedures more simple and fast.
CM told that citizens can submit court orders and can ask other different types of questions through the online web based and mobile based system.
He also added that applications for approval of plans for the construction of buildings in LDA’s own and approved private housing schemes can also be submitted.
CM Usman Buzdar said that action on citizens applications will be taken in the minimum time and LDA will proactively serve the citizens. He appreciated that online appointment facility has been provided through the portal and different sorts of applications can also be submitted in the first phase.
