ISLAMABAD: ZPI project manager Mumtaz Hussain said at now Rs 300 were pending with CDA, besides Muharram and visit of Chinese PM also affected the pace of the work. He said company was trying her best to complete the Kashmir Highway Bridge in first fortnight of January. Remaining work of monument loop would be finished as CDA start paying the remaining amount, he added.
