What is difference between Affidavit and Allocation
Dear Farooq Khan Bhai,
Affidavit files are files issued against land to land providers or holders. These are also called as exemption files. Affidavit file is agreement between DHA and Land Provider or Holder. Once an affidavit file is transfer to next buyer it become the allocation. When first seller who receive this file from DHA against the land fill up the name of the buyer in the affidavit file and submit it to DHA. DHA hold this file and issue an intimation letter for buyer after issuance of intimation letter buyer pay the membership fee and it become the allocation letter.
DHA Bahawalpur Membership Fee will be Revised form 1st of July
DHA Bahawalpur Affidavit Membership Fee – 37,080 (Current)
DHA Bahawalpur Affidavit Membership Fee – 51,250 (From 1st July, 2016)
DHA Bahawalpur Installment File (10 Marla & 1 Kanal) Membership Fee – 22,830 (Current)

There is no news about plot number ballot in near future, installment file plan is 3 years then development charges plan will be for 3 years. It is a long term investment.

DHA Bahawalpur Booking Form Application Online
DHA Bahawalpur introduce first ever online booking form application and challan system. Now applicants can register with their particulars and then login with their email and password and can apply for the specified project. Applicants can register their selves at the following address:

How to Apply Online
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF ONLINE APPLICATIONS
Step 1. Register yourself by providing basic information.
Step 2. Login as per information (Email and Password) provided in step 1.
Step 3. Visit “Submit Online Application” link and select the advertised plot size and bank name in which you intend to apply.
Step 4. On submission of each online application, separate Bank Challan form will be generated.
Step 5. Printed application and challan form is required along with processing fee in your selected bank.
Step 6. Bank staff will retain application along with two copies of challan and return customer copy to the applicant. Keep challan “Customer Copy” for record.
Step 7. Check the status of your online application on DHA website after 03 working days. For further information please contact us at +92 62 111 111 518 or email: [email protected]
Step 8. Please provide correct information, making false statements may result in cancellation of application/plot.
For Overseas Pakistanis
Overseas Pakistanis will deposit application amount via swift code at nearest bank.
Complete above given Step 1 and Step 2.
Provide transaction ID, swift code and scanned image/picture of deposit slip at step 3.
Concerned staff at DHA will print the overseas Pakistanis application form, confirm payment through bank and update status online. Overseas Pakistanis are not required to deposit hard copies.

Affidavit file is open file. Buyer name field is open. Seller name is written. Seller simply fill the buyer name field and submit it to DHA and DHA intimate buyer that this affidavit has been transferred to buyer name. May be a non open affidavit mean that is already filled with buyer name. Other wise I am not sure about this term.
Yes, exactly. In that case I have an open affidavit file. My name is mentioned on the intimation letter from DHA and the sellers names are mentioned and I have been directed by DHA vide that letter to appear in person within 45 days and get the membership. So, what’s the process for it please?

If your name is filled in the buyer filed then it is not open file. It is on your name file. If you have not paid the membership fee of 37080, then pay it and collect your allocation letter within due course of time.
