      To be honest all kind of taxes will crashed the market for us 🙂 There is no such kind of tax which will sustain or appreciate the market value in Pakistan. However in longer run every thing will be appreciated.

      Due new tax mechanism market situation still un clear and un certain. There are no transactions in the market. Only transactions before Eid are now being executed. Before Eid 10 Marla own price was only 3 lacs approx. After Eid whole of the market is stuck but some people started asking higher prices for DHA Bahawalpur files. Now a day people are asking 6 to 7 lacs profit, but no real transaction in the market.

      Affidavit rate was 33 lacs before Eid and today it is 33 lacs. Allocation file is available at 32 lacs.

      At the moment market is at critical situation due to new taxes. If the new taxes implemented as same then market may crash. However it will be recover in the longer run as usual. We cannot compare Bahria Town with DHA Bahawalpur, if Bahria Town also offer a project in Bahawalpur then it is will be compare able. Also I have no idea about Bahria Town Karachi project and I am not updated with it.
