    I have 1 Kanal Installment file and i want to sale. My plot is in general public category. Down payment and 2 installments is already paid as below,

    Down Payment + Membership Fee = 417,080
    1st Installment = 285,000
    2nd Installment = 285,000

    Total Paid = 987,080 PKR.

    I will sale on 8 lack Own. My demand is final, Serious buyer can contact.

    Also I am wondering to know how these rates are less than the final price of the plot if one pays in installment?

      Affidavit files are issued against files to land owner

      Allocation file are:

      1- Direct booking by DHA
      2- Army Allotted files
      3- Once an affidavit transfer it become allocation if membership fee is submitted

      DHA Bahawalpur Allocation file 1 Kanal cash payment today rate is 32.50 lacs

      Where is DHA Bahawalpur direct booking allocation on installment plan booking price was 38 lacs.
