But here no bank has facility of BANK DRAFT/ PAY ORDER. We can transfer money to Pakistan only in account. I tried to contact DHA BAHAWALPUR but no body responded. Can u give me details of DHA Bahawalpur bank accounts , please . Thanks .

At the moment you cannot pay installment in direct bank account. You can only pay through pay order or demand draft.
Atif bhai, I have heard the new taxation will have an impact on file trading as previously open files were traded via transfer offices without entering the names of the buyer ,however now this practice will not be possible as transfer offices are required to deposit/collect taxes on all transactions. So, effectively an affidavit file would be similar to an allocation file. Just thought to share with you.
