It is Buyer market now at the moment. Sellers are not demanding but asking for offers. So we can say after new Taxes market is now shift towards buyer side.

What about the processing fee paid with registration form, if ballot is unsuccessful, is it returnable or gone…if returnable what’s the process
I have checked two and they were unsuccessful. Is there any problem with the website because Atif bhai checked 5 and he said the same thing

I have always seen that you try to discourage fake increased rates. Whereas previously some peoples were posting rates of 10 lacs but now I am glad to see that you have posted the actual rates (10 lacs and 12 lacs). DHA Bahawalpur market is very positive and after this 2nd balloted results it will have more boost, further I want to add here that the rates of old files will have drastic increase.

Atif Iqbal sahib,AOA, I have 10marla file in overseas quota, I paid 1st installement from Pakistan. I want to pay 2nd intallement from Saudi Arabia. But here no bank has facility of BANK DRAFT/ PAY ORDER. We can transfer money to Pakistan only in account. I tried to contact DHA BAHAWALPUR but no body responded. Can u give me details of DHA Bahawalpur bank accounts , please . Thanks .

At the moment you cannot pay installment in direct bank account. You can only pay through pay order or demand draft.
Atif bhai, I have heard the new taxation will have an impact on file trading as previously open files were traded via transfer offices without entering the names of the buyer ,however now this practice will not be possible as transfer offices are required to deposit/collect taxes on all transactions. So, effectively an affidavit file would be similar to an allocation file. Just thought to share with you.
