Recently DHA Quetta annouced 10% discount policy on installment plan, one can avail this policy up to 8th installment any time. You are facing this situation due to slow development, it mean project time line is increassed. Other wise project has potential to give return in time. To get return now holding time is increase. Many people are waiting for construction bylaws to start construction. It is informed that tenders for subject projects were floated to short listed firms from 14 Nov 19 to 28 Nov 19. Bidders are working on their rates and tender opening is scheduled to be held on 8th January 2020. Further update will be uploaded in due course.
Tender Notice For Finishing Work Of Villas
Tender of execution of Finishing Works of 9 & 12 Marla Villas are available. The work includes (flooring, wood works, kitchen, cabinets, false ceiling, electric works, washroom works, distemper works & other finishing works as per BOQs). Desirous firms/contractors (enlisted with DHA Bwp) with experience in finishing works are requested to collect tender from DHA Bwp P&D Branch. BOQs/Drawings will be issued at the cost of Rs. 5,000/- alongwith bid issuance letter. These documents can be collected till 9 December 2019 and bids duly signed / stamped should be deposited in the same office till 1300 hrs on 10 January 2020.

Update Tendering Process of Civil Infrastructure Works Sectors F, N and D2
It is informed that tender for subject projects were floated to short listed firms from 9 Jan 2020 to 14 Jan 2020. Bidders are working on their rates and tender opening is scheduled to be held on 10 Feb 2020. Further update will be uploaded in due course.

It is intimated that DHA Bahawalpur has revised its transfer policy as under:-
– NDC clearance in 3 days.
– Transfer sets will be deposited after NDC clearance.
– Normal transfer will be conducted after gap of one day instead of gap of 3 days.
– In case of urgent transfers,
following fee will be charged:-
– Rs- 25000/- on same day transfer.
– Rs- 18000/- on next day transfer.
– Transfer letter will be given to clients after gap of 7 working days instead of 30 working days.
– Rs- 5000/- will be charged for urgent Transfer letter delivery.
