I am 100% agree with Mr. Zeshan & Rana inputs , DHA bahawalpur payments are near to completion in january 2019, after spending a huge amount we are getting nothing even our files/plots are in minus , this shows the performance of DHA bahawalpur Managment , even if we invest this amount any where in pakistan even in small projects we can get atleast 50 % gain in our total investment , but in DHA bahawalpur what is happening or what is the game playing behind this i don’t know , if someone know please let me know ?
Overseas Pakistanis already on Loss because of Dollar Rate. If we calculate payment (Average Currency Rates) done by us until today actually we are on loss around
Rs. 400,000/- (10-Marla file) Really disappointing DHA Bahawalpur.

Many people lose money in recent dollar buying. Now dollar is coming back so they have facing loss now. In Currency vs. Property case Property is all the time winner. $ increment can never reach up to the property growth rate at all. If you compare the $ rate in Musharraf era and property prices, Dollar could not reach at three times growth even today. In Musharraf era it was 60 approx. Where as property has gained many many folds. If you compare in decades you will find that investment in currency was just loss as compare to property growth. I have Data available from the independence of Pakistan to till date to compare the Dollar rate with Property Growth. Believe me Property Growth cannot be matched by even any other commodity investment as well as currency.

as DHA BWP already going for ballot
Once they finish the ballot process after this DHA M to statrt attract the customer
I request higher authorities of Army to look into this situation and stop the internal competition

I think there are many other factors on organizational end which cause these issues. For example many people requested DHA Multan to extend the date for affidavit conversion to allocation because ballot date was not announced. I think DHA Multan should not give any deadline till it announced a ballot date first. Till date no confirm ballot date is given by DHA Multan.
On other hand DHA Bahawalpur extended affidavit to allocation conversion date up to 15 December, 2018 on request of Dealers. There were many open affidavit files are available in the market. After extension hopefully these open affidavits will be converted into intimation / allocation till 15 December, 2018.
These issues are related to stakeholders and different stakeholders has different interest. I think we should focus on the development of DHA Bahawalpur which is now going on. I agree that there was delay in the development. But at time now they are developing it. Market is entering into local phase now. Local people are taking interest in DHA Bahawalpur now. Still due to no direct access from Main Canal (bridge is under construction rapidly it may take a month more to complete) DHA Bahawalpur is missing local potential buyers.

I totally agree with Mr. Rana. This has actually exposed the performance of DHA which is one of the departments/Division of Pakistan Army. Its a big question mark. Although the soldiers Pakistan Army has sacrificed a lot for the nation & we really salute the all those sacrifices but if one department of Parkistan Army is not performing well, then the it is the responsibility of our great Army Chief to continuously monitor the performance of his departments. It is really giving a much bad impression to the general masses that DHA Bahawalpur has flopped.At least the proper investigations should be executed if anyone is found responsible for such failure.
Overseas Pakistani specially believe in DHA as it has become a brand but if DHA will not perform, next time people will think many times to invest in DHAs keeping in view the past performance of DHA Bahawalpur.
We love Pakistan Army from the core of our hearts but we really request the GHQ to improve the performance of DHA Bahawalpur so that overseas & domestic investments can be attracted.

1 OVERSEAS CAN BE GIVEN PRRFERENCES IN BALLOTING BY ALLOCATING ONE SECTOR TO OVERSEAS.
2. JUST LIKE ARMY OFFICERS,
DEVELOPMENTAL CHARGES SHOULD BE NOMINAL .
3. ON FULL PAYMENT OF DEVELOPMENT, 50% SHOULD BE OFFERED TO OVERSEAS .
DEVELOPMENTAL CHARGES SHOULD BE KEPT TO MINIMAL FOR ALL CATEGORIES.
FURTHER PURCHASE / EXTENSION FOR PHASE 1 SHOULD BE STOPPED TILL DEVELOPMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE FOR A ——- E SECTOR

DHA Bahawalpur Development Update
Development work for main access is going rapidly. Block top started for Main Gate Entry. This video was made in 1st week of September 2018.
Poor result of DHA Villas what a shame.
Agreed with Mr. Fakhir, I’m not happy with DHA bwp on the following grounds:
1. Main Gate should have been built on the 1st place to develop on going nearest traffic interest in DHA Bwp rather than leaving it to the end, it’s a blunder committed by DHA BWP, we can clearly see in the video nothing is done on the either sides of the canal even after 3 years except marking with red flags.
2. Never seen any sort of aggressive advertising/marketing from DHA Bwp team infact i doubt if they have such department.even if they have it seems useless.
3. DHA multan was given much more media coverage as compared to DHA Bwp despite the fact later was launched than the earlier.
4. Those file holders who have always paid their installments on time should get discount on the price because our funds were stuck for 3 years with zero return , we beard the opportunity cost as compared to those who never paid their installments on time and faced not delayed payment penality as DHA has waived the late payment surcharge.
Project completion is delayed on the cost of those late payers and why we should bear this because of those file holders?
For how long we are going to be blackmailed and suffer from these goons?

Your concern are quite valid and I will send the same to DHA Management. Management should seriously think about those who has paid installment in time. In my opinion they should be prefer (should have separate ballot with top notch locations). Both customers should not be treated equally. People who are paying in time should have some extra benefit to compensate their loss.

The video you are looking is made in September 2018. There is some massive development on main entry Gate. Now Main Boulevard from Canal to Jinnah Avenue is carpeted. I can well understand the situation of people who has paid all installment in time to support the development of DHA Bahawalpur. These members must be appreciated and I do appreciate them. I will also request to DHA Management to compensate them in any way.

For example any big brand in shopping centers or parks or recreations so that people watch and wanna live there. Besides DHA villas any schools etc.

Yes after paying the membership fee in will be automatically converted into allocation letter. Collection of allocation letter is not compulsory for ballot. It will be included in ballot even you don’t collect your allocation letter.

I am Mohsin from Saudia Arabia; i bought DHA Bahawalpur 1-kanal Affidavit file and only have its Intimation Letter issued by DHA-Bahawalpur, i am not sure whether the membership fees, transfer fees etc. were paid at the time of buying or not.
