A plot can be transferred on the name of two or more persons and only you have to pay the extra membership for each person. But I am not sure that you can add someone to an existing plot which is already on your name. I need to confirm this.

I believe the balloting process was not fair. They allotted cash files (1 kanal) in sector G which has no presence on ground, and might take another 3-4 years to become reality. Plus the sector G and following sectors would lie far away from the city and might even be closer to Yazman city. SO disappointed.

At the moment only 3 Sectors map is available. It is same like DHA Peshawar Map. Where only 3 Sectors map was given and today these sectors prices are between 80 to 110 lacs. I assume that DHA Bahawalpur Sector A, B, C prices will improve now which ultimately have trickle down affect on non map plots as well.

Yes you are right, its depend on luck. I have many clients who got plots in Sector A and B for 1 Kanal.
This seems to be a bullshit project. They didnt revealed the map and allocated the plot in sector N, which is 14th sector. It is waste of money, one cannot sell that property with a good profit. Those people have to wait for another 3-4 years minimum. If one should calculate the money with the inflation rate increase per year, then he neither gain nor losses money. And i am quite surprised when they wrote congratulations you have alloted plot xyz in sector N. This is our money, which is being mismanaged by the incompetent authority. Everyone in the real estate industry knows this is not worth investing for short time. Stop giving the lollipop to the dumb investors.

There is no official date available for remaining sectors maps yet. But this is same model as DHA Peshawar, today DHA Peshawar Sector A, B, C plots value is between 80 to 110 lacs. Only Sector A, B, C are under development phase.

I will suggest not to sell this opportunity. These are very low cost plots and people will miss it. Recently FBR issued new rates for all major cities. Now a NON filler cannot buy a plot in any phase of DHA Lahore. This is will move investment like DHA Bahawalpur, Multan, Gujranwala etc. projects, where a non filler can still buy it. Wait for map for these sectors then make any dsecision

Finally DHA have announced confirm ballot date as 31 January, 2019. It was a long awaited ballot. Result will be online at DHA Bahawalpur official website and DHA Bahawalpur App on 1st February, 2019 as per DHA newspaper ad. Currently DHA Bahawalpur developing Sector A, B, C rapidly. Major features includes Theme Park, DHA Office Complex (6 Story), DHA Club, DHA Shopping Mall, Medical College, NDU & Numl University and many more. Partial possession is expected in next 6 month to 1 year. Almost 60% to 65% people will be adjusted in current ballot in under developed blocks. Ballot will held for all updated files and allocation files till 30 January, 2019. Sector A, B are primarily located at Jinnah Avenue, whereas Sector C is located behind Sector A & B. Details of Sectors are as under:
Sector A – surrounded by Jinnah Avenue 250 feet, Iqbal Avenue 250 feet, Abbasi Avenue 150 feet
Sector B – surrounded by Jinnah Avenue 250 feet, Iqbal Avenue 250 feet, Abbasi Avenue 150 feet, Edhi Avenue 150 feet

There will be approx 10 Sectors in upcoming ballot. All 2 Kanal plots will be allocated in A block. 1 Kanal plots will be allotted in current ballot in Sector A, B, D, and F (Sector A, B, and C map will be online after ballot, remaining Sectors Map will be likely to available in Feb or March 2019). Development is going to be started for Sector F soon. 2 Sectors are only for 10 Marla. Sector C is specific for 10 Marla Plot size. Other Sector for 10 Marla is Sector E. Most of the people will get 10 Marla plot in Sector C and E. Development work is started for Sector E also. All Villas are allocated in Sector D.
All commercial plots will be allocated in under developed sectors A, B, C. Next ballot is expected in next 3 to 6 month. There is reserve amount of plots in all sectors for next ballot. All down payment paid plots have been cancelled and will be refunded. All short paid plots will be also balloted but plot number will be given after complete payment.
Customer facilitation center is under construction at site. Marketing office will be shifted at site in container office after ballot. Arrangement for site visit will be available at site. Marketing campaign will be started after ballot for next 3 month.
Development work for remaining 4 Sectors will be started in current year. These new upcoming Sectors will have better location and near to Canal. We have already shared the number of successful applicants in booking ballot held in November, 2015:

Ballot is supposed to be by Jan-2019 and still file rate are not able to rise. What are the possible reason, overall market downward cannot be blamed as we see LDA city market going up also despite of tough situations.
