        1. Atif Bhai I asked Col Khalil for the estimation of my plot in D sector ( 10 marla) and he said that its worth is only 22 lacs and you estimated more than 3 million, kindly tell me how you estimate the approx value of plots in Sector D, Thanks

    I have a plot in Sector C 788 what will be it’s worth ? as its is in the lowest portion of Sector C and there is nothing behind sector C Opposite to 150 feet road. Whats your reviews about this portion of Sector C.

    Q 1: What Kind of ballot was held on 31 Jan 2019 at DHA Bahawalpur, please elaborate?

    Ans: DHA Bahawalpur has conducted Ballot for Allocation of plot and villa numbers on 31 Jan 2019. All members meeting criteria were included in ballot. Numbers for plot sizes of 10 Marla, 2 kanal, 4 Marla commercial & 1 kanal (installment and allocation) and villas of 6,9,12 Marla have been allocated in the ballot.

    Q 2: How can we check ballot result for our plot?

    Ans: Ballot for Allocation of Plot and Villa number was held on 31 Jan, 2019. Ballot results are available at our website http://www.dhabahawalpur.com and our mobile App named “DHA Bahawalpur”.

    Q 3: Maps of only sector A, B and C are available at DHA Bahawalpur website. When can we find maps of other sectors?

    Ans: Maps for sector A, B and C are available at our website http://www.dhabahawalpur.com and our mobile App named “DHA Bahawalpur”. Maps of some other sectors will be uploaded at DHA Bahawalpur website in coming months.

    Q 4: Is there any announcement made regarding development charges?

    Ans: Development charges are not yet announced. You will be receiving schedule of development charges during 2nd quarter (April-June 2019).

    Q 5: Will there be any official intimation regarding plot/villa number?

    Ans: An Intimation Letter will be issued soon to all successful members of DHA Bahawalpur, to inform them regarding plot number allocated against their name in the ballot. If any of the member does not receive official intimation letter till 31 Mar 2019, he/she must contact DHA Bahawalpur in this regard.

    Q 6: What is the status of development work at DHA Bahawalpur?

    Ans: The Development work at sector A, B, C and Main Access Road & Bridge is nearing completion, while work at sector F is going on a fast track basis. Villa’s community is expected to be livable during First half, of year 2019. MOUs have already been signed with National Defence University (NDU) and National University of Modern Languages (NUML) for their Sub Campuses at DHA Bahawalpur and with AOHS for establishing Askari Housing at DHA Bahawalpur. On-going development work at Mosque, Park, Primary School, and Commercial Area of Villa’s Community, speaks of our commitment to deliver our promises in time.

    Q 7: I am unable to check ballot results at website and App, please guide how to check it?

    Ans: Those members who have not paid their instalments and dues completely cannot view the final result of their plot/villa number. Such members will find following message at result page, “Please clear your outstanding dues along with surcharge to get your plot or villa allocation number”.
    Owners of allocation plot file should put slash( /) symbol after their Ref/Case number (even if it is not placed after case number mentioned in their file).

    While maps of the other sectors are released without plot numbers on DHA website . What is the “J” Sector’s 1 kanal estimated price , Sector location is prime . It is touching the canal road.

  8. Dear Atif Bhai, it’s been many days that we haven’t got update of profits from Waqar Sb. Obviously because ballot has been completed. But I was wondering if you or Waqar Sb can update the minimum profit on plots in sector A, B and C irrespective of their location. So the worst location owner would know the least profit of his plot. For example, from your comments, I haven’t found any sector C plot below 32 lac. So can we take worst location plot’s worth in sector C as 32 Lac?

    And these estimates are excluding DHA development charges with all instalments paid or one instalment left?

      10 Marla plot price in Sector C will vary between 28 to 35 lacs, also given estimates are worths of locations. Yes these are excluding development charges. Actually there is no Nala or Grave Yard in Sector C, only facing commercial location will be consider low price.

      Thank you for your valued feedback. 1146 C is MB Edi Avenue 150 feet road Plot. Let me tell you that Edhi Avenue is like Ring Road of DHA Bahawalpur. It worth is plus 35 lacs
