Will there be 5,8 Marla affidavits in case someone does not want to pay installments and buy upfront? will the affidavit be cheaper than installment file? Should I go for the installment file ?

At the moment affidavit files for 5 or 8 Marla are not available. DHA has not issued any such files till date. Currently only choice is installment plan.

It seems that DHA Bahawalpur market is somehow stagnated. In your opinion what is the reason ? Is it because there are no buyers or the people are waiting for some other development actions from DHA authorities or is it linked to DHA Multan activities. Please share your analysis.

We must understand that nature of the product. Every day rates do not represent the real picture. These are based on selling buying activity, which is based on rumors (good or bad). What we need to check the development work. If development work is going on then no worries. We know DHA Bahawalpur development work is going on. They also have started development work for Sector D as well. On ground reality is changing with the passage of time.
