      Currently market is under depression, Sector D 10 Marla has good worth but currently we can offer from market between 22 to 23 lacs due undeveloped area. Map is released for Sector D and development work also started but it will take some to be on ground.

      10 Marla @ 13 to 14 lacs
      1 Kanal @ 20 to 22 lacs

      These estimates are based on previous history of development charges by different DHAs.
