  2. It has been heard that, Development Charges now will be recovered within 3 years instead of 2 years and on lump-sum payment upto 30 Sep 2019 discount of 10 % will be given. Please confirm.

    1. Dear Nadeem Bhai,

      Yes in recent meeting with Agents and LPs, DHA Management announced that development charges schedule will be 3 years now instead of 2 years. If you pay lump sum development charges till 30th September, 2019 you can avail 10% discount. Other points of meeting will be shared soon

    2. What would be the value of plot for example i paid two intallments for development charges and i sell the plot..will the price of plot be price of plot + 2 installment?

      1. Dear Umar Bhai,

        yes people will demand the same, but it will depend on market trend by demand supply rule. If there are more buyers less seller, then you may get the development additionally, But if more seller and less buyers then hard to get back the development.

  5. ATIF BAHI , DHA BAHAWALPUR IS ALREADY IN LOSS. FOR ONE KANAL , WE PAID 39 LAC . MY PLOT IS IN BLOCK F, No body is ready to pay more than 29 LAC. So we are in LOSS of 10 LAC. WE PAID WHEN DOLLAR WAS 102 . NOW DOLLAR IS 152. SO WE LOST 50% IN TERMS OF RUPEE DEVALUATION. AND NOW 10 LAC LOSS IN TERM OF INVESTMENT IN RUPEES.
    NOW SAME WILL HAPPEN IN DHA MULTAN . DHA IS LOSING ITS CREDIBILITY .

    1. Now DHA Bahawalpur has sent us demand to pay 22 lac Development Charges on top of it. What should we do? Please advise. With 10 lac loss in mind.

      1. Dear Nadeem Bhai,

        If you can hold it, you should hold. At least it is DHA and most safe and secure investment. Yet it is taking time to give return but very attractive price. If you sell it now what other option you have to buy. I will recommend if you can hold it please hold it.

          Currently market is under depression, yes development charges will be include in price but it may take some time. Currently if you are not able to pay the development charges, it is better to sell it. If you can pay and hold it then dont sell it. It will given return.
