In Bahawalpur you will not find any development with DHA standard. I have visited Bahawalpur and saw the area which have rate of 8 to 12 lacs per Marla, although these developments are within City. DHA City location is away from City but not too far. Also it is opposite to Air Port site also located along with Canal. We must focus the development standard of DHA. We already have witnessed DHA developments in other Cities and also know the prices of DHA. DHA is definite most reliable and credible society in Pakistan. I personally think that DHA will take 10% to 15% annual growth. This prediction is made on 5 years investment span. My prediction may go wrong for a specific period but at the end you will see this will be the most demanding living area within Bahawalpur.

Dear Atif bhae, in that case, buyer who has already purchased my file have to pay membership fee twice. One for me as file is in my name and then for himself on transfer?
Yes he has to pay twice if the agreement made like this. Other you may decide that both will pay their own membership. But in General we offer seller a profit amount and ask buyer to pay every thing to make the deal simple. In beginning this issue raise that who will pay the membership. Later it is decided to give net amount to seller and all dues will be paid by purchaser, as well as transfer fee at the time of transfer and his own membership as well.

Today I am at DHA Bahawalpur office. It really a nice experience to met with DHA Bahawalpur officials. All are very co operative.
They told me that project is under planning phase (map) and development will also started soon. In first phase DHA Bahawalpur will have a 30 acre approx size of golf course and theregards will be theme park in next phase.
I also visited DHA Bahawalpur site. Site is located opposite Airport along with canal. Location is very ideal. There are few under developed project on the same location name khayaban e Ali and development standard is just like a village and price is 2 to 2.50 lacs per Marla. Another name is Rehman Garden its price is also 2 to 2.5 lacs.
DHA will be developed on 46% for housing and 54% will be used for amenities and open area. A new Cantt area is under consideration after crossing DHA site.
Today there were few transfers of cash paid files as well. It mean local people are taking interest with the project. Although it will be a long term project but would definite have a bright future.
I will try to share the more updates soon.

1- Complete Transfer Document Set along with No Demand Certificate Request Form and Site Plan (if required). (Download Specimen)
2- Documents will be signed by the owner and attested by the Embassy / Consulate.
3- Attested copy of owners Computerized National Identity Card from concerned Embassy / Consulate.
4- Attested copy of Passport and Visa with Exit and Entry Stamps from concerned Embassy / Consulate.
5- Authority letter for submission of Transfer Papers on Stamp paper of Rs 50/-. (Download Specimen)
6- Documents are submitted in DHA office Customer Services Centre.
Procedure
1- Authority Holder submits the documents to Customer Services Officer at Customer Care Centre, DHA Office.
2- Customer Service Officer will issue the receipt of the documents.
3- Transfer Branch will verify the transfer documents from concerned Embassy / Consulate and Owner.
4- After receiving the Confirmation Letter from the Embassy / Consulate and individual, Authority Holder will follow procedure mentioned in Regular Transfer Section.
Although it is not recommended, because the time line cannot be decided in this process and prices fluctuate mean while that may interrupt the deal by Seller or Buyer. But if there is no choice then you may follow the process at your own risk.
