I am always hope full about its potential but due to lack of good management project could not perform as it should be, but now I have witness after the chnage of Project Director, New Project Director is taking keen interest in the project. He has made any chnages in SOPs and procedures. Hope fully you will see change in DHA Bahawalpur now.

          I highly recommend to pay the developmet charges now. Also DHA offering 100% surchages wave off facilty if you pay all dues till 31st July 2020. Also dont sell your plots now at low price. Overall Market is clearly improving now.

          NOW GOVT IS PLANNING TO SET CIVIL SECRETARIAT FOR SOUTH PUNJAB IN BAHAWALPUR. IF DHA BAHAWALPUR MANAGES TO DENOTE LAND FOR GOVT OFFICES( Just like Shaukat Khanum Memorial Hospital)IT WILL DEFINITELY BOOST DHA BAHAWALPUR WITHIN DAYS.

      Atif Sahib, please confirm about availability of 10% discount on lumsum payment of development charges.
      It was 31st March 2020. Is it also extended upto 30june 2020?

          Logically Last date for lumsum payment with 10% discount should also be extended up to 30June 2020 (just like surcharge waive policy is extended up to 30 June 2020). It is need of time to boost up DHA BAHAWALPUR .

          I really apperciate your recommendation, but it is up to management what they decide. Recently DHA Quetta annouced 10% discount policy on installment plan, one can avail this policy up to 8th installment any time. Howeve this is for cost of land, where DHA Bahawalpur is was offering this for development charges.

        I agree with you that DHA Must consider this valid suggestion. Most of DHA Bahawalpur plots holders are still in loss due to slow development and non investor firendly policies by DHA Bahawalpur.

          You are facing this situation due to slow development, it mean project time line is increassed. Other wise project has potential to give return in time. To get return now holding time is increase. Many people are waiting for construction bylaws to start construction. I am hopeful that once construction bylaws available and construciton started we will see improvements in developed / under developed blocks.

      IS THERE ANY EXTENSION IN DEAD LINE FOR DEPOSITING LUM SUM DEVELOPMENT CHARGES WITH 10% Discount.
      When development will resume in DHA BAHAWALPUR.
      DHA BAHAWALPUR is far behind than expected development at this stage .
