It is a fact that DHA Bahawalpur will take time to be on ground and commercial activity will start once the population is there, which will surely take time. DHA Bahawalpur Lahore Transfer Office opening ceremony held at site office in Lahore today on 06 June, 2016. After opening ceremony a meeting with DHA Lahore Registered Agents held at Defence Community Center Sector J Phase 1 DHA Lahore. DHA Bahawalpur Management proudly announce first ever Sub Transfer office by DHA. This credit also goes to DHA Bahawalpur Management. Before this there is no example of any Sub Transfer office by any DHA including DHA Lahore, DHA Islamabad, DHA Multan, DHA Peshawar, DHA Gujranwala & DHA Karachi. Hope fully other DHAs Projects managements will follow this practice to facilitate the investors in at least major cities of Pakistan like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad Peshawar & Quetta.

Affidavit files are agreement between DHA and Land Owners, once an affidavit transfer, it become the allocation. Allocations files are also available in the market.

Why the rates of 1 canal file on cash is not stable.I was in Pakistan before 2 weeks ago,I discussed with few authorized Property dealers,They told me that now rates will not come down because DHA announced the main boulevard.At that time the rates were 26 + lac of one canal file but now again rates come down to 24 lac.Please give you precious suggestions and comments about the stability of the rates.

It is just due to supply and short time gain taker investor. But in fact getting short gain is just a loss and nothing else. They can get a much much better gain while holding this project as it is at very low price.

DHA Bahawalpur is a long term investment, 4 to 5 years is a sufficient time for it for a good return. Development charges may vary from 15 to 20 lacs per Kanal as per my assessment.

In such a scenario when Multan chapter is officially started, do u think that there will be some scope left for DHA Bwp. I personally feel that it will have a very adverse effect on DHA Bwp. I think as long as DHA Multan prices will go up, it will have a good impact on DHA Bahawalpur as well. If DHA Multan prices come down it may have a bad impact on DHA Bahawalpur. DHA Multan is entering in Danger Zone now. We have experience the same in DHA Peshawar. If DHA Multan Management play the same as in DHA Peshawar then we can hope price stability in DHA Multan. Other wise after launch of booking on installment DHA Multan cash file transaction will be decrease and demand for installment plan will be increase.
DHA Bahawalpur cash files are coming down but DHA Bahawalpur booking files are now gaining.
