ISLAMABAD: Deputy Director BCS-I Muhammad Ammar Idris, who has been deputed to look after the towers said that no doubt there were number of flaws in those towers due to which CDA had issued notices to the owners. He said that CDA had been thinking to take strict action against the building owners who are violating the building codes and rules.
