      DHA Phase 9 Prism Sector L 1197 assessment is 68 lacs approx (This assessment is based on rates before EID, as there is no real time transaction in the market at this moment)

  4. Sir do you see any further short term gains in J block 5 marla (Prism). Considering that it already gained a lot do you still recommend buying it for short term or one should consider buying on ground 5 marla in Lake city.

    Also would appreciate if you can give your advise on NFC 2. I have a 10 marla plot there in H block (facing park) however I am not sure if I shall hold that for next 2 years.

      DHA Phase 9 Prism is now getting slow. There must be a point where price has to stop for mean while. Phase 9 Prism has taken a good gain. But still this stop will not last long and prices will start gaining again. In Next 6 years 5 Marla plot in J & K will be around 100 lacs.

      I will recommend you to hold NFC 2 plot.

        Thanks for assessment just minor question. Earlier R block rates were higher than J & K for 5 m. But now almost all are equal specially rates of J block increased considerably is it because of ring road work From j block or something else ?

          It is due to location of J & K block which have close access from Lahore Ring Road. Sector J & K have the same status but in location Sector is much better then Sector J. Now prices of Sector K & J are almost same, so better go for Sector K.
