LAHORE: Provincial Minister for Finance and Planning & Development, Tanvir Ashraf Kaira has said that an effective mechanism would be introduced to monitor the development projects of the province for timely completion and to ensure appropriate use of public money.
Presiding over a meeting to review the development projects here on Tuesday, Tanvir Ashraf Kaira said that the quality of construction material must be minutely checked and the completion of such projects should be ensured in the stipulated period.
He urged the MPAs to submit the development schemes of their respective constituencies to the Planning and Development Department by August 31 so that work could be started on such schemes.
