THE National Accountability Bureau, Punjab, has started disbursing cheques/pay orders as second installment amongst the victims of Syed Sibtul Hassan Gillani alias Double Shah scam with 10 per cent of their verified claims. According to a press release on Wednesday, the distribution of cheques/pay orders commenced simultaneously at SDPO Office, Wazirabad, and Chamba House, GOR-I, Lahore. It said that an amount of Rs33.13 million would be distributed among 4,200 affectees. The claimants, whose compensation amount was less than Rs50,000 would receive cheques at Wazirabad and those above Rs50,000 would receive cheques at Chamba House, Lahore.
