    1. AOA, From last one year there is no prominent change in phase 7 prices. While DHA. Bahawalpur , DHA Multan. and DHA Gujranwala has prominent profit margin as compared to investment. Suppose any body invested 100 lac in phase 7 one year ago, he profit will be 10-15 lac in one year but in DHAs in small cities , it is more than 30 lac for same investment. How u would analyse. What is ur opinion. We should hold investment in phase 7 or shift it to small towns . Thanks

        Investments in under developing projects always grow with more pace then developed projects in monetary terms. DHA Lahore Phase 7 is investment cum residencie purpose now. If you have no plan for living in DHA Phase 7 better to sell it and invest in newly developing projects. However Phase 7 investment will also grow at normal pace with the passage of time until a huge number of houses construction starts in DHA Phase 7.
