      Although phase 6 & 7 are developed but plantation , development of green belts and construction of public places like mosques,hospital , schools and shopping centers has not been started uptill now. Although DHA has started development of infrastructure of phase 9 But ignoring Phase 7 . How u will justify DHA attitude .

        you are absolutely right,phase 6 construction activity almost done so we will compare development activity in phase 7 and 9 prism,phase 7 development almost complete and possession handed over to the plot owner your point was why DHA ignoring phase 7??
        Everyone has a different opinion but according to my personal opinion may be DHA waiting for “Liver and Kidney Transplant Centre and Knowledge City” which already announced by Government of punjab going to construct biggest project that is why especially in phase 7 mosque,hospital,school and shopping centres has not been started uptill now and prices of DHA phase 7 still low,But if i am not wrong phase 7 boom will come again until “Liver and Kidney Transplant Centre and Knowledge City” started and so many reasons we can discuss.
        Reason of phase 9 prism development going fast and a biggest phase of DHA Lahore that is why DHA ignoring phase 7.

      Your present plot value around 145,Phase 7 needs a breath of fresh air in this critical moment because buyer in phase 7 market wants to buy a possession plot at low price so seller hold their property and waiting for better price to sell their plot.You must liquidate your plot and move another DHA Project.
