      Sellers are asking 4 to 5 lacs for 1 Kanal and 8 to 10 lacs for 2 Kanal. Rates are still fluctuating. Market may get stable after opening of transfer.

      In DHA Lahore 5 Marla development charges were 9 lacs. DHA Multan is also Lahore chapter, it is expected same 9 lacs development charges as in Lahore.

  3. Atif Bhai approximately after how much more time eproperty would start dealing in Dha Multan Installment files and when u see that transfer of Installment files opening officially by DHA Multan(after down payment or 1st installment or in between any time)?
    Also let me know approximate taxes on the transfer of 8 marla residential plot file apart from other charges (membership fee + down payment + own)

    I need some information….In DHA multan ballot i got the 5 marla plot and i live outside of Pakistan…so is it possible that I fill-up and signed on all copies of challan form and send it to my brother in Pakistan and he will deposit the money in bank account of DHA multan.

    I’m in the USA and I was wondering if I could email my challan form to my relatives in Pakistan who could then print it out and deposit it in a Pakistani bank for rupees. Then they could email me back a copy and I could email that copy to the DHA Multan with an application. Your answer would be very helpful, thank you.

      It is better to sign the required documents and send back original to your relative in Pakistan and they pay the challan in the back and send all the documents to DHA Multan office. It will be much easy rather you will email them they will go to back with photo copy of challan and then they will send back to you and you will again send to DHA Multan.

  6. Aoa, Atif bhai can u pls guide me what will be the procedure of buying 5 Marla file at Dha multan from successful candidate and get it transfer on my name. I live in abudhabi and can’t visit Pakistan for that. JazakaAllah

    1. Muhammad Asad Javed Bhai,

      DHA allow Purchaser Abroad transfer and can be done on behalf of any or your friend, relative or by agent. At the moment DHA Multan has not open trasnfer for Installment files. Once DHA open transfer you can get transfer without your presence.

      1. AsslamOAlikum is it also possible for pakistanis with foreign nationality to buy a plot in dha multan. I am from multan and living abroad. Thanks jzakALLAH

          Pakistani having overseas Nationality can’t have NICOP as it’s only for Pakistani nationals but living abroad. They only have POC (Pakistan Origin Card).

  7. General Instructions for Successful Candidates

    After successful ballot of DHA Multan on 31 May 2017, results have been uploaded on web page http://eapp.dhamultan.org/verify/. However, for ease of candidates following instructions have been drafted:-

    • Results of all category are uploaded on web page. You can easily find your result of each category after inserting your CNIC Number. System will check it in all categories and let you know.
    • In case you receive invalid message, it is advised to try after some time as system is already processing required number of requests.
    • In some cases successful candidates are asked to forward certain missing documents to “Director Transfer and Records, DHA Multan”. Please forward it without any delay, so that your documents are processed at the earliest.
    • Following documents will be forwarded to you by TCS / DHL:-
      • Information letter (English and Urdu).
      • Membership and Undertaking Form (To be returned to DHA Multan after filling details).
      • Return Envelop.
      • Challan Forms.
      • Schedule of Payment.
    • Last day of down payment, membership charges and miscellaneous charges is 15 July 2017. However, these charges can be paid earlier than 15 Jul 2017 on receipt of documents.
    • For Overseas Candidates, services of reputed firm sought to deliver required documents at your door steps. Please contact DHA Multan if you do not receive documents by 5 July 2017.
    • It is mandatory to write reference number on all copies of Challan form before depositing it in the prescribed banks.

    need your help to understand the procedure

    1. Passport size photograph, in information letter its says blue background and in form it says white?

    2. I am in abroad currently, so can I use scanned copy of form and fill/sign it and then send scan copy to my brother, will it be accepted? Or my brother can fill the form and sign on my behalf?

      DHA required original signature but in case of overseas it may possible DHA give nay relaxation, but I am not sure about. However it is easy for you to ask your brother to send you membership form via courier, sign it and send back to your brother. He need to make pay order in favor of DHA Multan and dispatch all documents to DHA Multan office.

      Still you can contact DHA Multan directly to get further information.

    i just wish an advice from you.
    a. I have a 1 kanal plot in DHA 9 Lahore whose current price is around 120 lacs.
    what if i sale it out and buy different categories plots like 5, 8, 10 or commercial 4 marla for investment purposes for varying tenures like 1 to 5 years.
    b. which one will be more beneficial one plot in DHA 9 lhr or multiple plots in DHA multan

    what are your recommendations .

      If you are going to hold DHA Multan for next five years for 5, 8 & 10 Marla or 4 Marla commercial will give better return then 9 Prism.

      Please wait for DHA Multan to send information letter till next week, if not received then contact DHA Multan directly at their office.

          If you want to go for long term, minimum completion of installment then better wait. Be in contact after down payment. Last date of down payment is 15th July, 2017.

          It is better to contact after down payment, we will see and act accordingly at that moment, if found it is time to buy we will buy if not we will wait more. It will depend when time come, at the moment we should follow wait and see policy, own is coming down day by day at the moment, let see where it stop for mean while. As you are willing to go for end of installment so better wait for good price.

  12. I got one 5 marla residential but i dont receive any conformation ltr to DHA Dep. Plz guide me how to do next

        Rates of Gujranwala are already equal to DHA Multan what maximum it will go now, I don’t see any improvement in dha Gujranwala.

          You can use your ID card number if you are using downloaded Challan and membership form. DHA will replace it with your reference number automatically.
