how do u compare DHA Multan against DHA Peshawar. Which is better option to invest. Holding period is 2-3 years.

Both are equally good, Multan is ahead in development at the moment. However Peshawar is also getting fast in development now. DHA Peshawar Main Gate completion is expected in this year, they have increase the development speed.
Peshawar is partial balloted and Multan yet not balloted.
DHA Peshawar affidavit rate is 47 approx and Multan affidavit rate is 45.25 approx.
It will be an individual priority to select the location as per his future needs.
Transfer of Multan has edge over Peshawar due to sub transfer office in Lahore as well. However Peshawar is also thinking to open sub transfer offices in major cities.
