Ballot news and launch of villas in Multan and also Ballot news in Bahawalpur created demand in market, seller disappeared from market. Market goes up and sellers start demanding high prices. But when prices take sharp rise in days there is risk always.
Most important is to understand that daily market prices do not represent the project actual worth. Like DHA Multan and DHA Bahawalpur both are under priced as per future worth. Once project will be in possession people will realize its actual worth.
