AOA, WHY AFFIDAVIT FILE PRICES ARE GOING DOWN WITHIN LAST 20-25 DAYS RAPIDLY. AND HOW MUCH THIS TREND WILL CONTINUE.GOVERNMENT IS STILL NOT MATURE IN IMPLEMENTING ITS POLICIES.

It was due to supply and last date of affidavit to allocation conversion is 31 October, 2018.
I think there are only rumours about balloting of plot numbers because Up till now only 5 installements have been paid. So it will take 1 and half year for completion of installements, So how DHA MULTAN can ballot so early while DHA BAHAEALPUR will ballot one month before completion of installements.
May be DAY MULTAN WILL announce balloting of plots in December 2019.
Secondly how DHA MULTAN can restrict affidavit files so early.
Thirdly DHA GUJRANAWALA IS ABOUT TO LAUNCH , So may be DHA MULTAN IS attracting people by rumours .

Dear Asad Ibrahim Bhai,
in fact your analysis are close to reality. However DHA Peshawar did ballot on six installment and this was not a good decision. DHA Peshawar only issued map for 3 Blocks. Rest all of blocks are balloted and have plot numbers against files but no map available, so it is like un balloted.
If plot numbers are allotted and map is not there then it will also treated like file. What we know is just the location of Block but not the location of plot. If Map is completely available (like Naval Anchorage Gwadar) but plot numbers are not allotted still it will be treated as file.
It seems to be hard that DHA Multan is going to do ballot in near future. However we should wait for official statement by DHA Multan for ballot. Although Project Director shared month on Ballot will be December 2018 at the launch ceremony of DHA Multan Villas.
