10 Marla and 4 Marla commercial are recommend, if you can afford apply for 2 Kanal as well. Both categories are recommended for applying.
10 Marla and 4 Marla commercial may have high premium demand in market initially but with the passage of time as upfront will increase it will come down. 2 Kanal is only good if you can hold till possession.
