          It will depend on demand and supply rule, we need to wait after ballot till 30 to 60 days to get realistic market prices. We will share market worth once map will be realse after ballot but for realistic market value we need to wait for 30 to 60 days approx.

      It is population of more then 20 million in Pakistan. Off Course whatever the situation is, selling and buying will continue in the market as per need. However for short gainer it not recommended to invest in property now. However return of property investment will remain highest when you compare it with other investments after a specific time. Some time it take long and some time short. But it is fact that property give the best, safe and secure return.

    Now you can convert your affidavit / intimation to allocation letter up to 10th July, 2019. Previously it was 15th June. However affidavit / intimation of before 31st Dec, 2017 will be included in Phase 1 second ballot, as last date of conversion of such affidavits / intimations was 31st May, 2019.
