    1. Thanks for sharing latest picture.Looking at the picture i see no green area in B2 also.Is there any development going on or its just bare land?I have one plot in B2. Is it good location to hold it for two years or i should sell it at a reasonable margin (Donot know what would current price be of my plot near #995 street 44).
      I believe Multan residents will prefer to live towards Bosan road side and in future its rate will be on higher side.I need your expert opinion.

        DHA Multan will be most green society in Multan. Sector B1 is a good sector and you can hold it. But keeping in mind that development charges will be payable in 3 years. So minimum holding time should be 3 to 5 years from now.

    2. Salam , Can you confirm what about sector T is it developed or underdeveloped ? what is the value to commercial plot of 4 Marla in Sector T ?

        There is Royal Orchard and few other small schemes under these sector but not connecting with these Sectors.

        As DHA claims it is gated community so it should be.

        You may find grave yards in different sectors.

    Usually after ballot we get maximum calls about what is the rate of my plot?

    We need to understand that rates are based on demand and supply rule. It is not possible to share realistic market rates right after ballot at least within a week (specially first 72 hours).

    However it is possible for an individual agent / agency to estimate worth of your plot on the basis of location of block and plot. It is not necessary that market will sustain with these given worths. Market will sets it’s own direction on the basis of demand and supply rule.

    We should not confuse our self with worth of a location and market rate of the location. Worth is calculated on the basis of various factors. Where as rate is based on primarily demand and supply rule.

    To get the true and realistic picture of the market we must wait and see the market trend. Be patience and be cool while buying or selling after ballot.

    Few extra ordinary locations can be grab right after ballot for holding. But for general plots locations you need to wait and see the market direction. Currently market is under depression.

    One fo the factor which will have impact on market is the upcoming map pattern.

    1. Full map with all blocks location and with plot numbers

    2. Few blocks maps with plot numbers and remaining blocks locations only.

    DHA Multan has huge potential of investment, but you need to decide when to enter now.

    Today the wait for ballot will be over and we will have ballot results soon. Ballot results will be available online at DHA Multan official Site.
