In short run every thing is possible. It may go up and may come down.
As per the Logic once the installment files will be in market then very few buyers for cash files which will affect the price level of cash files till installments are digested up to some extent.
There will be more buyers for installment files after ballot.

But am checking again DHA Multan on-line system for the application verification since couple of days, But surprised to see, yet not verify my application.

So i request to you that i want to apply in your DHA Multan project. How i can apply where as the date has been passed. Every one will receive confirmation message and can verify its application online at DHA Multan website. As DHA Multan publish notice on their official website to verify your application till 15th of May. So it mean now ballot is expected in June most likely.
