Rawalpindi—The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) officials have submitted report about 1,000 square meters property of declared proclaim offender former President of Pakistan and leader of All Pakistan Muslim League (APML) Gen (retd) Pervaiz Musharraf in Singar Housing Scheme situated in Gawadar to the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC).
The details were submitted before the ATC No 3 Judge Shahid Rafiq during hearing of the case on Saturday. FIA official also informed the court that a letter has been sent to all the Chief Secretaries to present complete record of the private and public properties of the proclaimed offender in the Benazir Bhutto murder case.
After receiving report from the secretaries the same will become part of the case against the APML leader, the FIA officials said.
“A letter has been sent to General Headquarters Rawalpindi (GHQ) seeking record of Musharraf’s property in DHA scheme,” the FIA officials informed, adding that GHQ has not yet replied. FIA official further added that Musharraf has no property in Bahria Town Scheme.
