DHA Peshawar was conceived in the year 2007 and first project by DHA in Peshawar. The ensuing period saw the processes of thorough deliberations, identification and selection of number of sites, legalities, the legislative necessities and acquisition of land. It is a statutory body formed under an Act of KPK & called as DHA Peshawar Act 2009. With firm legal and legislative grounding, the Authority embarked upon the task of providing a sustainable, healthy and first of its kind housing society for the population of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This housing society is going to take off with remarkable planning and meticulous urban development, will ultimately evolve as the largest and leading residential estate of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Well. I don’t see any crash. Rather prices will increase once position about taxes becomes clear. Furthermore, I see an increase in DHA prices due to CPEC impact.

what does installment file rate mean? for example what does 14 lacs (profit mean)??

Installment files are being booked by DHA on installment plan. Profit mean the amount of profit on paid amount till today.
So the Prices of Installment files are falling. Atif Bhai, i can pay upto 5 lakh profit for kanal/10 Marla file. Do you think it will reach to that level sometime in future.
also how about 9% discount on lump sum cash payment on 1 kanal plot? what’s the price then after discount?

Market trends in property Sector is indicative of a major crash by December 2016 and early 2017. Do you advise to buy DHA Peshawar Affidavit File in around 4 million now a days or should we wait to see it coming down to 3.5 or below 4 million in December 2016 and January 2017.
Also compare DHA Peshawar with Bahria enclave islamabad from investment point of view and return.

At the moment overall property market is going slow. Although there are few concern with new Taxes but I don’t think that market is going towards a major crash. I highly recommend to buy DHA Peshawar files at 40 lacs if available. I am not much aware about Bahria Enclave project so unable to provide any assessment for it. However in near past people has already lost millions or may be billions in this project. I personally know few agents who have lost their life earnings in Bahria Enclave project and now a day in a very critical position.
